I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, stress, life transitions, and difficulty expressing emotions or setting boundaries. Together, we work toward creating more clarity, confidence, connection, and emotional balance.

The first session is simply a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’re hoping for, and any questions or concerns you may have. There’s no pressure to share everything all at once. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and heard.

Yes. Therapy is a confidential space. There are a few legal and ethical exceptions related to safety, which we’ll review together during the first session, but my priority is creating an environment where you feel safe being open and honest.
